Ron Carlos rums are a lind of value-rums made by Florida Caribbean Distillers (in Florida, of course). This is the “dark dry rum,” which we presume is a competitor for dark rums made with blackstrap molasses and imparting the heady smoky flavors into tiki drinks and similar.
