A beautiful combination of rich, nutty toffee balanced by polished oak, salt, pepper, seaweed, distant smoke and dried fruit. Somewhat oily in texture. Wonderful depth, too! Very exciting and dynamic. 2020 SIP Gold Medal and Innovation Star Award winner.
